The best aspect of Lumines: Electronic Symphony is that you can play it for 10 minutes or an hour as you become mesmerised by the puzzle and music in front of you. It does help if you're into electronic music, especially with its thumping track listing. However if you're one of those people that become easily frustrated at puzzle games, you might want to look elsewhere for your enjoyment but this is definitely the Tetris of the 21st Century!- Posted Apr 30, 2012

It is no San Andreas, but an enjoyable romp nonetheless - it is also one rather gigantic download though but one well worth it if you can make the space.- Posted Jan 16, 2013

At the end of the day, The Sims 3 may seem like more of the same old, however it does offer the gamer a uniquely almost fully interactive and virtual experience. -

At the end of the day, Valkyria Chronicles is an interesting RPG tactics title that has quite an innovative movement and control system which is thoroughly enjoyable and at times frustrating. As the tactics are quite diverse, you can mix and match what you do on the battle. -

If you are a fan of the series, than this is another game for you and even if you have never played it and would like to “play” something different, than we could happily recommend this strange puzzle game. -

Just Cause 2 is a thoroughly entertaining title that surpasses its predecessor and creates a very fun and open-ended game that virtually lets you do anything with the objects, vehicles and environments. -

Here’s the thing: it’s not for everybody. Every major game design decision is a double-edged sword – cleaving a path for novelty and free-form fun on one side, and slashing down potential subscribers with the other. -

Cogs can best be described as kind of cyber punk style meets Leonardo Da vinci. Looks simple enough at first, but you soon find there is some real brain benders involved. -

Overall, Mercury Hg is an engaging and fun game that will give you countless replay value and help entertain you and kill time. It's clever premise and unique use of the PS3's limited motion controls integrate well with the gameplay and help immerse the player.- Posted Nov 6, 2011

Dead or Alive 5 provides some well balanced fighting mechanics that ensures endless hours of fun on your PlayStation 3 as you pummel the absolutely living daylights out of AI controlled opponents and online opponents. Thankfully it doesn't take itself too seriously which goes in its favour of one of the most entertaining fighting franchises available.- Posted Oct 1, 2012

For those looking for something a little bit different to other racers this could be the answer, Shift 2 provides exciting arcade feeling racing that revolves and intense circuit style racing. For those willing to overlook a few minor issues and they are willing to be patient with the handling will find a truly satisfying, albeit terrifying racing game.- Posted Apr 18, 2011

In the end, Plants vs. Zombies is a very apt game on the Nintendo DS that successfully ports this franchise to this console. With perfect controls thanks to the stylus and the exact same gameplay you find on any of the other platforms, this is one game that DS users should investigate because casual gaming doesn't get any better than Plants vs. Zombies.- Posted Aug 15, 2011

Even with this failing, there is still a lot going for this game. The game is still a joy to play. The controls are intuitive while the graphics and music combine to form a claustrophobic, lonely atmosphere. In addition, the narrative is intriguing enough to keep you playing. Who would have thought that horticulture would be this much fun? Waking Mars is a game worth playing for its immersive and refreshing gameplay.- Posted Apr 11, 2012

In the end, Gravity Rush is one of the most original games on the PS Vita that really challenges the player but be warned, the learning curve is a little steep initially but once mastered, you will become a Jedi of gravity manipulation. Imagine being trapped in a world created by a madman and then thrown into a blender because at times, you don't know what's going but that's the magic of this game which will definitely keep you coming back for me.- Posted Jun 25, 2012

Mechner's earlier dreams of being a screenwriter are evident in the Last Express : it's an engrossing tale of war, espionage, personality clashes. In fact, unsurprisingly, it would make a great movie. Despite its age, It makes a pretty good game as well.- Posted Nov 12, 2012

Ubisoft have definitely hit a home run with their Wii U exclusive, ZombiU that provides more scares than Resident Evil and some great use of the GamePad for this console. Add in decent gameplay and make sure your doors are locked because the realism of these zombies is quite unparalleled. It's a well designed game from start to finish.- Posted Dec 10, 2012
