A real surprise and one of the most interesting games of the year, with a great cyberpunk mood and an highly satisfying gameplay expecially for those willing to go the stealth/hacker way. It isn't flawless though, with problems like overcompressed cut-scenes - we'd preferred a multi-disk release to this - and the immersion-breaking bad lip-sync in the italian version dubbing, but it undoubtedly is an advised buy.- Posted Aug 26, 2011

F1 2011 is a good step forward in the series with better driving model and simulation, great graphics and some nice ideas on the gameplay side. The experience is only partially ruined by the high loading times and some unexplainable pauses when entering and leaving the pit stops. It remains however a must-have for every F1 fan.- Posted Sep 18, 2011

An important and very welcome turning point for the series, with a more enjoyable and spectacular gameplay, and a greatly improved storytelling. If you're intrigued by air combat and don't mind a more forgiving and arcade approach, it's a recommended buy.- Posted Oct 11, 2011

One of the best party games for Kinect, thanks to a very good variety of activities, up to 16 players support, and enteraining use of alternate reality and perfect movement recognition; the Rabbids' scoffing comedy pervading the entire game is just the icing on top.- Posted Nov 3, 2011

A solid and vast game which however feels too similar to the previous one, with a not charming enough main environment, and the story becomes really interesting only in its latter part. Altair and Desmond's storylines manage, however, to keep it interesting to the end, and the final revelations are definitely worth the journey.- Posted Nov 14, 2011

Definitely the best MMA game around: deep, complex and satisfying, UFC Undisputed 3 improves THQ's series in almost every area, delivering us a must-have game for any ring sports lover. Our only complaint is about the still shaky net-code, an area in which Yuke's should focus all its efforts for the next game.- Posted Feb 26, 2012

I Am Alive successfully introduces new mechanics to the survival genre, and it does it offering us an interesting story in a convincing environment. We'd love to see it evolved to a full-blown, high budget AAA game.- Posted Mar 6, 2012

Ninja Theory succeeded in re-imagining a storied franchise making it fresher while keeping it very satisfying to be played, and the new Dante proves to be a successful character: we love his new boastful, poser British style. It could have been a bit longer and sported better graphics, but it's surely a suggested buy.- Posted Jan 14, 2013

Tomb Raider's reboot is definitely a success delivering a deep, adrenalinic and spectacular game with a new and charismatic Lara Croft. Our main complaint is with the lack of greater scale puzzles and more challenging ones, something the game should have retained from its predecessors.- Posted Mar 2, 2013

With Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, Techland delivered us an experience worthy of the best Sergio Leone movies: one on one duels and saloon brawls recall to our memory some of the best movies ever seen. A solid story coupled with excellent visuals make the game very enjoying, while on the cons side we find some difficulty spikes that make some scenes quite frustrating. -

TTT2 might simply be seen as a (huge) collection of characters and stages for Tekken fans, but it's much more: the Fight Lab's got great potential for Namco's brawler newcomers, while the new tactical approach reached by the Tag interactions and the many available modes – including a strong if basic online support - will keep the interest high for every Tekken fan.- Posted Sep 12, 2012

Brütal Legend revealed itself to be a very entertaining and somewhat original game, with a very charismatic star that we hope to see again in the future. A real must-have for every Heavy Metal fan thanks to the great soundtrack, but very enjoyable from all the others too. Our only complain is with the game graphic, a little bit unpolished and with a precarious frame-rate. -

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 is undoubtedly the best golf game around, thanks to a precise control system and the great number of features. We'd have liked better graphics, but it's nevertheless a really good game. -

The baseball lovers shouldn't think twice about buying this game: it gets everything people like about this sport and makes it even more spectacular. Too bad for the online multiplayer, made of too few play modes and plagued by serious technical problems. -

PES 2010 isn't the final soccer simulation, but it surely manages to entertain us with our friends. It lacks on novelties and the graphics feel a little bit dated, but a couple of very long and involving online modes, the new cards system, a deep schemes creation editor and a finally playable online multiplayer, make PES 2010 a title to not undervalue, which definitely deserves to be enjoyed. -

Definitely one of this summer's surprises. Transformers: War for Cybertron is a very enjoyable shooter, with good graphics and a very nice artistic approach, using the classic Transformes look rather than the new movies one. Telling an untold story on the Transformers homeworld, it's a great game for every fan of the Hasbro license. -

DeathSpank maintains Gilbert's creative and ironic vein, making a parody of many of the fantasy RPG clichés. The co-op mode, great graphics, very enjoyable gameplay and a very good longevity (for an Arcade game) make DeathSpank a worth buy. -

Codemasters managed to recreate the main aspects of the F1 championship, with a very good and enjoyable career, a driving model suitable for both newbies and expert drivers and great graphics expecially in wet conditions. Too bad fore some annoying bugs that worsen the overall experience. -

Medal of Honor is a good alternative to the Call of Duty series even if it doesn't add anything new to the mix. Due to its very short single player campaign, buy it only if you're planning to spend many hours online.- Posted Oct 21, 2010

A great action game that doesn't invent anything new but pushes the gas on speed, adrenaline and spectacularity without a single pace or quality drop. Everything is graced by a very good technical side, with astounding bos battles and a rock-solid frame-rate. Its only drawback is its short and trivial story.- Posted Jan 11, 2011
