New Vegas is almost an homage to 2008's GOTY gameplay mechanics as, probably, Obsidian was given little to no freedom to modify its focus elements. The problem is that after two years not all of its elements aged that well and that a few bugs still rise their ugly head. Still a great game and experience.

Sorry to the purists, but this is the kind of Sonic we would like to see ever. Challenging, clever and amazingly fast, where the levels always hide new routes to discover, and every boss is original and never dull. The Wisps allow you to replay every stage in a different way, while two friends can compete face-to-face in the Versus mode, both local and through Wi-Fi Connection. The single-player campaign is pretty short , but you will never have the chance to get bored. In short, if you have been disappointed by Sonic 4 Episode 1, and you are not skeptical about a less platform experience, you really can't miss what is the true return of Sonic.

To make things crystal clear, if you enjoyed the previous installment you will also love DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue regardless of dejavu feelings, but if you didn't go crazy about the franchise before, you will not change your mind. Cave has succeeded in the attempt to create its first original game for iPhone and iPod Touch. The combat system is pretty different from any other twin-stick shooter on the App Store, while the frantic and caotic battles require you to move continuously, avoiding bullets and targeting enemies. Unfortunately, the high difficulty of the game could scare players that are not so tenacious, and the large amount of enemies, bullets and explosions on the screen will strain your iDevice to the limit.

Papa Sangre is a great experiment that can frighten the player without the use of images. During the night, in the dark and while in bed, the game is absolutely scary. Probably an idea like this could have been explored more and better, and there are no reasons to replay the adventure a second time. Maybe the price can seem a little high for some users, and the lack of an Italian translation is an obstacle for many. Anyway, if you are looking for a really creepy and fresh experience you should buy Papa Sangre with closed eyes. Literally.
