  1. Unlike last month's ABC Family misfire "Make It or Break It," 10 Things contains clever dialogue that's rooted in its characters.

A new audience will enjoy this smart series, which makes light of the eternal hell of high school.

So while the checklist of assets might not add up to 10, there are several things to like about this series, which bodes well for its desire--shared by TV and teenagers--to become popular.
  4. The movie has such cult status that it seems almost sacrilege to tamper with it for television, but as a series 10 Things is not terrible; it is even at times fun. It’s just not very inventive.

True and accurate depiction of high school, funny characters, some very easy to relate to. As a teen, I say this show represents us well.

Bianca's story is entertaining, while Kat has nothing interesting going on. I still thought it was pretty good though. Can't wait to see more! Expand

I thought it was okay, but not as good as I wanted it to be. Since the movie is based off The taming of the shrew, the show should have something to do with the movie. Like the fact that Patrick was payed to date Kat. In the show, he liked her first moment he saw her. I didn't like that all. But, whatever. Hopefully it gets better. Expand

I just don't like how they think they can replace the movie and so many aspects of it have been screwed up that I just can't appreciate it. Long live Heath Ledger. Expand
