  • Summary: Sick, twisted, politically incorrect and freakin' sweet. The animated series features the adventures of the Griffin family. Peter and Lois have three kids - the youngest is a brilliant, sadistic baby bent on killing his mother and world domination. Chris, like his father, is obese, has a low IQ and no common sense. Meg desperately tries to be part of the popular crowd, and is coldly rebuffed. Their talking dog Brian keeps baby Stewie in check while sipping martinis and sorting out his own life issues. After being canceled in 2002, having an outstanding performance in DVD sales and syndication ratings that beat late-night talk shows, its cult status reached great heights. As a result, the series was added back to the FOX Summer 2005 line-up. Family Guy returned to the small screen with new episodes on Sunday, May 1st, 2005. A DVD Movie was released in September of 2005. Family Guy has won 3 Emmy awards and 3 Annie awards. Expand

Family Guy isn't as funny as it use to be, but it's still funny. But the way Seth MacFarlane over uses the Atheist jokes is just awful. And how he killed off some of the characters in a comedy show, all I can ask is, "Why?" Expand

*UPDATED REVIEW* Though Family Guy Season 10 is often fun to watch and still humorous, viewers can now tell that the show has become really dated via it's overused jokes, lack of the joy received from season four and lack of creativity. Overall, Family Guy Season 10 is good with episodes better than others, though it is extremely dated and has ran out of jokes. Expand

The show took a step down this season. A lot of the episodes were hit or miss. While many were chuckle worthy, few episodes were really memorable. On a show so reliant on how funny it is, it needs to be top-notch comedy and originality; and we didn't get that this year. We know it can be better so let's see it happen. Expand

Family guy is more of a ''hit or miss'' now. Season 1-6 was funny. 7-9 was good. 10 is the same jokes over and over. The jokes are funny or not, no in between. 10 seasons is probably 1 too many. Expand

Well lets start off with this is the worst season of family guy. Seasons 1-8 Were the best 9-10 made me lose hope for this show. I stopped watching this show and went to shows Like American Dad and The Clevland Show which has more hope than Family Guy Expand

Family Guy started as a mildly amusing show in the vein of The Simpson's. However this latest effort from Seth MacFarlane is quite possibly one of the shows worst seasons, using unfunny rehashed jokes from previous seasons and creating comedy that falls flat on its face. Expand

Family Guy continues to plunge. Seasons 1-8 ranged from good to brilliant, but 9 and 10 have well and truly lost the plot. Story and humour is all that has ever mattered in Family Guy and both are non-existent now. The 'jokes' are all rehashed and so appallingly unfunny and lazy that you wonder how this, up until recently, great show still gets an audience and why the writers haven't been fired for gross incompetence.
