Still funny and still not for everyone. Louie remains very much a taste that you either acquire--or don't.

Clearly this show is not for the easily offended. Not everyone will appreciate this kind of humor, but anyone who values smart, provocative comedy that's about truth telling will be intrigued.

You find yourself wetting your eyes either from the honestly bitter truth-full moments or from the hilarious funny situations and lines. Louie is smart intelligent and so sincere- I agree with those critics who say it's the best thing on TV these days, It's a perfect 10 with me. Whether you are in Manhatten or in Tel Aviv- the show succeeds to touch Expand
  2. Real humor, Real life sketches, done by a REAL ass comic! Louie CK your the man!!!! Seriously funny sh*t! Out of all the crap you have to choose from on TV. Give this show one watch and you will be addicted. Expand
  3. For me the first season of Louie took a couple of episodes to find its rhythm but this second season hits the ground running from the opening scene. Again mixing the comics stand-up with short films it is not afraid to play with the comedy show format and deal with issues that most shows would avoid. As a result, despite a few scenes that still fall slightly flat, Louie once again makes for a very good watch. Expand

Louie isn't bad, but it's mostly not particularly funny and spends a fair amount of time being depressing. If you like Louis CK you'll like this, if you don't think he is great then it's going to be hard going. Expand
