Best season of Revenge!!! Sooooooo good. Really good acting and writing. This show is really entertaining and has some of the most interesting and complex characters on TV. Thoroughly Recommend!
Very good show, but i think if they want to keep the viewers, they should make it easier for new watchers to follow. I think that if you are a new watcher, its too difficult to follow. Even thought ive watched it from the beginning. Season 1 was the best, season 2, not my best, but season 3 a very good comeback
Season 3 makes me feel so ENCHANTED!!!! Amazing how the tv series was so brave to kill all the AWESOME characters, all characters whom be the reason of the succesful of the series storyline so far. This is my first time that I'm sad for "they will be missed" moments but I didn't dissapointed. Yet, I'm so furious for the next season!!!! It's exactly like first and second season, the writer never stop to kill or execute every great characters with ellegantly! It's like playing a chess game. They just need to keep moving on and risk all, to win. I'm actually a Sherlock's BBC series fan and for me Revenge TV Series gives me same thrilling nerves, like between Victoria and Emily just exactly the same as between Sherlock and Moriarty. And, Jack might be Adele... And Nolan is Mycroft! John Watson might be Aiden, awww that was so sad..... Well, I also gonna miss Conrad so bad. He's such a badass, I mean from the second season I was realized that Victoria was just a camouflage and it's Conrad who has the throne of Grayson's. No matter what, I respect a big honour for the fallen of Conrad Grayson. (When the whole world in love with GoT, I'm with this one)
"This is better than the third season of Sherlock, that's the saddest fact ever from me. Sherlock 3rd season just screwed my life!" (Okay, let's back with Revenge!)
I knew there will be another Emily's lover for season 4, but don't you think that idea is just too rush for Emily? (I also read the news of who's the actor gonna be, and I refuse him, good luck!)
Then, that advanced app might need a careful story plot to be upgrade as Nolan's future money-maker. That will be so boring, I believe. I mean, with the complete awesome jobs from Nolan fixed the app's bugs on season 3, it means Nolan is a futuristic-GENIUS. We don't need Nolan just being busy with that someone's app, we want to see Nolan HIS OWN AWESOME INVENTIONS! And big tech companies war just begin! We love to see Nolan has his own enemy. His character on season 3 gives me a hint that Nolan-Corp will be Revenge future storyline againts Grayson's.
I have no doubts with season 4 about new characters line-up, the whole 3 seasons nailed that issue. I can't wait for September 2014!!!!
P.S.: Good choice, Captain America, to choose Emily Thorne as your girl. Well done. ;)
P.S.S.: Don't you guys think that Nolan Corp might has partnership with Stark Industries? #teehee
P.S.S.S.: The Ring movie facial-death... How original.
I love the season 3 until the episode 11. I didn't like too much the Conrad political side of the show, and the how they tried to forget it feels too easy. But the first part of the season was really well done.
But Revenge made 2 mistakes: Patrick's role for what, if they will end like Amanda's mom. Saying goodbye, running away to the Hamptons? I really hate the fact that Jennifer Jason Leigh has not returned to the show.
And the second mistake, was adding to the story unnecessary twists: The amnesia thing of Emily, the backstory about the exwife of Conrad as Jack's mother, Pascal asking Victoria to marry him, how Pascal died, and how Victoria killed Aiden. It's really a soap opera?! To easy for write?
However, I really like everything else about the season finale. David Clarke alive?! Seriously? I like it. I don't love it, because it feels a little predictable with the mysterious fan stalking with strange calls to Charlotte. But it was the change the show needed.
What started as a really exciting series has begun to descend into one that's mundane, and other example of repeating a given formula to excess. Emily has a plan that has a plan within it, it looks like it's going to work, but the Graysons have another plan that means it doesn't go as planned. But Emily anticipated that happening and has another plan etc etc.
It's still a somewhat watchable program, but with the third season now complete, ending it now may be the best thing. Significant enough events happen in the last episode that could allow it to end without there being too many loose ends hanging around.
This show is just getting stale and is trying to hard to stay relevant. It started very interesting a few years ago, but now there's really nothing new happening that remains interesting to the original plot of the story which was Emily's revenge for the "death" of her father. Let's go ahead and end the series by finding her father is alive all this time and Emily realizing all the evil she did to everyone was really for nothing.
I have to hand it Revenge, it's consistently laughable and forgettable. Over the top acting, poorly written and ultimately predictable scripts. How long can this charade go on. One would think that Emily Thorn, given how many good people have been hurt by her shenanigans, would have finally just released the evidence that could pt the Graysons behind bars. And she has three vying for affections? Really? She never smiles, is always miserable and has no sense of humor, yet all the men want her. The magic, if there ever was any, of the story line vanished long ago. I think the BBC could have done a decent job with a Revenge like premise in a 6-8 episode run that ended in three seasons, but it's obvious this show is going to go on and on and on and on with it's tedious, plodding storyline as long as there are **** who keep watching this drivel.
