    Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter was upset and scared when the "mean Santa" came to get the Gingerbread cookie. Now she is saying "Santa's going to get me like the Gingerbread". She really liked Shrek on the big screen and was anxious to see him on TV. Too bad that portrayal of Santa was in the show. Note: We did not watch the whole show.

    While the story line speaks to loneliness and celebrates community belonging, the episode ultimately feels as flat and superficial as a mass-produced holiday greeting card.
