The series still remains a trifle weak in terms of the support staff.... Still, the interplay between Kaling and Messina is actually quite good--much better, in fact, than their squabbling when they were at each other’s throats earlier in the run.

The Mindy Project is always good with one liner random jokes that i find very funny. However this show is more than that. Since season 2 this show has developed a great story line for Mindy and Danny relationship and for season 3 it only gets better. Unlike other romcom sitcom that when they developed new dramatic story line they lost their funny side, The Mindy Project successfully making a very funny show with a heart. Expand

I laugh heartily at least once per episode. It's still so clunky and inconsistent. I feel that they can't find their voice. Most of the extended cast just floats around aimlessly. Danny and Mindy were an appealing part of last season but not nearly as much this season. I don't think I can endorse a show just for writing funny zingers. It needs to all work together and it doesn't. Expand
