Unfortunately, the episode is short on a couple of ingredients that made the first season such charming brew: light and levity. [4 Jul 2014, p.60]

I have been obsessed with it since the first episode aired! Magic is the most interesting thing on the planet to me and 100% believe in past lives. Freya is my favorite cast member and i love her past life repeating romances with Killian. I am a little worried that maybe he is her destroyer though because in season two episode ten i thought he placed his hand over the trickster card?!?! I am worried now that maybe Dash was her emperor after all and now it is too late to go back of course. I can't wait to see what happens next week in the time door and i'm really upset with Ingrid for staying behind! Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I had no expectations when I started watching this show. Let's face it, when has Lifetime ever had a series that I actually watched? I was delightfully surprised though and have been coming back every since the first episode. "Witches Of East End" follows the story of a family of witches living in the fictional town of East End. There's mother Joanna, daughters Ingrid and Freya and Aunt Wendy the Cat. I wont go into detail about the other characters and supernatural creatures since I dont want ruin it for ya. Just watch it and see what ya think. I believe I've enjoyed season 2 even more than season 1 (and I really like season 1). The stories are more outrageous and it looks like they got an added budget for special effects (which is especially important for a supernatural show). And one of the best things about WoEE is the the cast regularly tweets fans during shows. My life is now complete since I got a retweet from Aunt Wendy The Cat. Expand
