ImpulseJan 24, 20097It was an okay shooter. It was more or less fun, had unique cameplay, but It sadly doesn't live up to it's cousins on other consoles. I found it a little annoying to constantly use the touch screen. There should've been an option to use either the buttons or touch screen to look around.

ColmanXNov 15, 20089A VERY good game indeed! Much better than Modern Warfare for the DS. The gameplay is spot on, the collison detection is amazing and the pace is welcoming. The only faults I could find were the relatively slow movement of the characters and the sometimes frustrating time limits for completing objectives. Not yet that perfect ten, but damn close.

Jan 7, 201110Call of Duty: World at War is a great game. Amazing Campaign and great multiplayer make this game great. The variety of weapons and the long campaign along with the minigames make it a great single player game but the ablity to play with others makes this game great.

42It attempts to emulate the spirit of its bigger cousin, but it falls short.
-
Seamless first-person shooting action with a healthy sprinkling of innovative touchscreen side missions - this is one of the best war-mongering affairs on DS.

75Call of Duty: World at War is a solid shooter that just happens to be placed in a setting that has grown tiresome over the years. Even so, the technical merits of this game shouldn't be ignored. It's a fast paced, fun game with lots of content and plenty of frantic action.
