Lock's Quest is by far one of the most original, inspired, and entertaining experiences we've had on DS this year.
  3. Lock's Quest for the Nintendo DS combines the right amount of story and battle driven gameplay to satisfy most gamers.
  4. In fact, it's easy to see general casual gamers get into Lock's Quest, with its accessible learning curve and 'brain training' wall-building strategy.

This title is one of the best RTS games on the DS. It's harder than most, if not, all it's DS genre peers. The difficulty is brought about by battle and strategy itself and not by level gaps, equipment or other factors of that sort. I pray for a sequel with more polished movement (the "slippery" movement is a bit annoying), improved animation, and a deeper, much more engrossing storyline. Expand
