When it does work it's dull and when it tries something new it fails miserably. [June 2007, p.69]

If you have the means, then for goodness sake, stick with the Wii version of Raving Rabbids. It's a far more enjoyable (and prettier) experience.

The constant switching between three types of gameplay just means you'll never really get into any of them, and the hilariously crazy Rabbid characters of the console versions are sparse and disappointingly tame when they do pop up.
  4. While the Wii version is an oddly enjoyable experience, the DS version is a complete disappointment.

Rayman Raving Rabbids, while different from it's console counterparts, is a very fun and challenging platformer, offering many exciting abilities and fun gameplay. Music is also very well produced, consisting of Rabbids covers of popular tracks that some people have probably heard. Check this game out if you want, even though it's been long forgotten by this point. Easily a hidden gem in my books. Full Review »

This is a depressingly generic platformer that provides no compelling reason to play past the first level. There is at least one This is a depressingly generic platformer that provides no compelling reason to play past the first level. There is at least one between-level mini game whose sole purpose is to fill time; I had more fun doing my taxes. The single bright note: the soundtrack is actually pretty good but this is by no means a saving grace. Stay away. Full Review »
