OOTP Developments has delivered a pretty good game. The layout is not so good and the scouting system isn't complete yet. Despite of that, for the ice hockey fans out there it's a great game to play - if you like stats.
Franchise Hockey Manager 2014 has good foundations but will have to fill out to satisfy all hockey's fans.

For this outsider looking in, it feels unfinished. I might be wrong here so if you truly only care about the games’ numbers and the players’ numbers and the teams’ numbers then buy this and the world is your statistical oyster, but the rest of us will probably be in the other corner of the room playing NHL ‘14.
