  1. This trio may not look or sound as nice as recent games developed specifically for the GBA, but they're far from ugly, and, more importantly, the gameplay in each of them still holds up.
  2. 60
While the inclusion of "Bionic Commando" should perk up the ears of even the most jaded gaming veterans, the inclusion of two games that haven't aged so well isn't enough of a deal to make the game worth dropping 20 bills.
  3. Capcom Classics Mini Mix delivers a triple dose of old-school fun, and as long as you don't expect more than that, you'll be in for a nostalgically good time. [Nov. 2006, p.88]
  4. All three of these single-player games hold up well by modern standards and each will take at least a few hours to exhaust...if you're good enough, that is.
  5. 60
Three games that deliver a pretty good value. Sadly, that's about it for this package. There's no extra music galleries, no mini-games, not even the ability to play with upgraded visuals. It is kind of bare-bones in that regard, and that may turn off those who look for everything in a collection.
  6. About the only thing we like is the directness of the chap at the start of "Strider": "KILL HIM! THAT'S YOUR MISSION!" [Nov 2006, p.76]
  7. The absence of a save feature hurts the Mini Mix in a big way, but considering that the NES Classic GBA series offered a total of one game on one cartridge for the same price instead of three, the sting doesn't seem quite as bad.
  8. 75
The games are fun, the price is right and the package, though lacking in extra features, is sound. Nostalgia gamers will invariably eat this one up.

Call me biased but to me its worth $15 that I paid for this title for Bionic Commando. Although I admit Strider and Mighty Final Fight are mediocre at best. Full Review »
