  1. This title's adherence to both the substance and sytle of the show are what kept me playing it - and I'm not even a fan. [May 2002, p.88]
  2. I was frustrated by its slow, aggravating gameplay, but I still enjoyed it enough to keep playing and I hated to see it end.
  3. If it weren’t for the engaging story that Dragonball Z tells (and is faithfully reproduced here), I would have chucked this game after the first ten minutes.

This game is awesome! I don't understand all the bad reviews, this game is one of the best dbz games ever and I've played all the Japanese imports, Legacy of Goku is 1000 times better than those. Expand

  2. I liked it but it could have been a lot better. Its rather short and doesnt explain the Dragonball Z story well. The graphics are good but the gameplay is rather generic. It can also be rather challenging at times. Its ok and worth playing if you are a DBZ fan but its not that good. Expand
