  • Summary: You are the ultimate weapon in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. Ten years after John Connor helped save mankind from annihilation, the inevitable has occurred: The mechanized Tech-Com forces have risen, and war between man and machine has begun. As the Terminator, you must use hand-to-hand combat or your massive weaponry to protect Connor, the would-be hero of the future. Rise of the Machines immerses you in the Terminator 3 world, weaving in and out of the movie's storyline. Expand

  1. Your objectives change so constantly that it's easy to forget about the blurry graphics and simplistic combat. [Feb 2004, p.114]
  2. Although this latest T3 is a far cry better than the other iterations of this movie-franchise cross-over, the GBA T3 just doesn’t have enough good in it to make it worth owning.
  3. The play control is solid, though aiming can be difficult at times. [Mar 2004, p.121]
  4. Of all the T3 games released this year, Rise of the Machines for the GBA is easily the best one; but once you get beyond comparisons to the rest of the motley Terminator 3 bunch, the game doesn't hold up on its own merits.
