  1. A great throwback, mixing several different game elements, to create perhaps one of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever played.
  2. The controls are tight, the gameplay is varied and the whole experience feels polished. [Feb 2004, p.147]
  3. It’s jam-packed with clever little touches, and only really disappoints in that it has to end.

The controls hold up better than in most platformers, the levels are well-designed, and your character has a good repertoire of attacks. There's a lot of variety, too.

This game has some very basic fighting, but still very fun. The game has a variety of many differet types of levels. You'll find yourself trying at one level over and over again and be so frustrated. This game was very fun while it lasted. Short, sweet, and full of levels that will drive you insane. Expand

It's got a major flaw that is just absolutely annoying, they make you got back to the same levels that you already beat. They make you do this to make the game seem longer then it actually is. That wouldn't matter so much if the levels were actually fun. It starts off kind of sweet but then it just gets worse as it goes along. Expand
