JoeBlowFeb 18, 20048Robotron is worth the price of this thing, alone.

RyanM.Apr 23, 20049The problem with collection games like this is there's those few games that just aren't very good at all. But there are a few great ones. Smash TV, Gauntlet, are great games. I could not see how some one would not like this decent collection of some good games. There are a at least 15 games on here that are worth the 20 dollar retail price.

[Anonymous]Jan 14, 20049Great for anyone who loves classic arcade games. Rampart and Smash TV are the two best games of the 20.

Oct 11, 20119An excellent compilation of some of the best arcade classics of the 80's. Some of my all time favorites like Defender and Spy Hunter are present though there are a few duds like Bubbles. The majority of the games are great however and many include cool videos and other historical information. It's much better done than the Namco Museums on the Gamecube.

80The emulation is solid, delivering sound and gameplay that's up to par. [Jan 2004, p.86]

You can't really play this game without thinking of the dark, sweat-filled arcades that're now long gone, or of those plastic-sheathed sitdown machines you still sometimes see in bars. Midway Arcade Treasures is like a time capsule, buried back when games were simple, and no less fun because of that.

Probably the best compilation I have ever seen.
