    A brave and brilliant platform game, Astronot deserves to be played by as many people as possible.

    It's mature, old school design. Very rough around the edges, and certainly not showpiece for the platform. Ugly, in fact. But it's also a lot of fun, and interesting enough that, given my resistance to cheating, I have a feeling I'll be squatting my way through for another solid three or four weeks.

    Astronot nails the retro experience like no other game on the App Store ever has. That's not always in the player's best interest, but for those willing to deal with the challenge, it is rewarding.

    An 8-bit Metroid style game full of nooks and crannies on a hostile alien world. Perfect for platformer fans and those who love exploring.
