The nearly real-time combat is the kind of fast action you want to enjoy on an iPad, but may just be a little too cramped for iPhone play.
Champs: Battlegrounds offers an interesting take on the MOBA genre, but its mismatched mechanics only serve to get in the way.
There’s no reason to not try Champs: Battlegrounds, as most players will find enjoyment, but how long that joy lasts is the biggest question.
