Seriously, give this game a try and blast the limbs off of the undead.

Stupendous mobile game graphics, a powerful collection of weapons and equipment, mowing down zombies and seeing their heads splatter, affordably-priced in-app cash and gold, surprisingly responsive first-person controls.

As expected, Dead Trigger ups the graphics bar and provides a nice variety of weaponry and perks, though many will require a little extra monetary investment to use.
  4. Jul 2, 2012
Even without the mysteriously absent staples, Dead Trigger is still a fun arcade-style zombie shooting romp. It's probably not going to make everyone happy (what game ever would?), but it certainly does a much better job than some of the competition.
  5. Jul 1, 2012
Dead Trigger won't win any accolades for best story, best narrative or game design. It does what a shooter should do however, and that is offering a octane fuelled fun experience killing zombies.

Madfinger surprised us with Shadowrun, a really ambitious game for iOS, and has achieved that again with Dead Trigger, at least in part. Despite being a bit simplistic and repetitive from a gameplay standpoint, it has some interesting features like infinite missions, great visuals and good controls. It is not a revolution, but it is enjoyable and quite affordable.

Keep your expectations in check, and you'll get a kick out of this insanely gorgeous shooter.
  8. Jul 12, 2012
Dead Trigger is an incredible piece of software from a technical point of view, but while it shines on graphical power it lacks in inspiration.
  9. Jul 6, 2012
Dead Trigger surely hits a few spots: it's cheap, it has amazing graphics and it's also pretty fun for a while. Unfortunately, it is also extremely repetitive and its controls can be irritatingly unresponsive.
  10. Jun 30, 2012
Dead Trigger is totally braindead and quickly gets boring, but you'll find enough enjoyment for your 69p. In-app purchases and ill-thought-out controls can spoil the fun.
  11. Jul 2, 2012
Dead Trigger pushes the visual boundaries of iDevices, but much like its shambling antagonists there's not a lot going on upstairs.
  12. Jul 2, 2012
Dead Trigger has style to spare, but the reliance on in-app purchases kills some of its substance.
  13. Jul 1, 2012
Dead Trigger feels much more House of Dead than it does Left4Dead. A generic zombie shooter that may as well be on rails, if perhaps the most gorgeous one I've ever seen on a mobile device.
  14. Jul 28, 2012
Look past the thick veil of colorful visual effects, and you'll see Dead Trigger for what it really is – a compilation of the worst features of freemium shooters that plague the App Store.
  15. Jul 3, 2012
The visuals are absolutely captivating, and are an excellent inexpensive way to showcase just how beautiful games could be on the new iPad. However, as a game, Dead Trigger just falls flat in terms of implementation offering the same dull freemium-based experience that we've seen before.

Dead trigger is an amazing mobile game. Boasting good portable graphics and a nice interface. PLEASE DO NOT COMPARE THIS TO NORMAL CONSOLE ZOMBIE GAMES as this game is one of the most diverse ipad games there are. You can get this game for an amazing price of £0.00. Which is good. Only one criticism however. The controls are quite awkward as it is hard to look around, move and shoot at the same time. Apart from this THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Full Review »

a boring zombie-shooter. Great graphics, a lot of weapons, but awful game play..

Fun at times, but it is hindered by the constant feeling of needing to spend real money in order to actually be able to play through the game. I paid for it, so the fact that I bought it should not be taken advantage of by the developer. Full Review »
