Fling a Thing is a sharply put together a package, assembled with a care to simple refinement that we often see in the indie space.
Fling a Thing manages to combine flinging physics, arcade tomfoolery and just a hint of virtual pet with surprising success.
Featuring simple mechanics, plenty of special items to snag, and an endless high-scoring challenge, Fling a Thing is a decent little timewaster.
Beautiful, charming, and wonderfully addictive, but it has a few issues that are holding it back.
Wonder why this germ of a good game has average execution and problematic controls (angled shots are tough when your thing's near a screen corner). Realise wading through lower levels every game is a chore. Quit.
