It's a great little platformer, and I'd highly recommend it to those of you who are looking for a unique game this week.

We had a concern when we previewed the game that the game's pace and repetition may go against it in the end, and it's certainly true that (boss-fights aside) the game becomes a bit of a trudge once you've taken on the first dozen or so levels.

For each of the game's faults, there's usually something else that's equally deserving of your attention, and that means it's definitely worth your time to at least check out.

The premise of Hasta La Muerte is intriguing, if a little muddled, and combined with the unconventional visual and sonic style could've made for a more absorbing title. However the gameplay is too simple and one note to hold your attention for long.

Hasta La Meurte looks good, but suffers from serious technical difficulties.
