    I had my initial doubts about the gameplay mechanics of a falling character as side scrollers are always a sure bet. Then I took High Flyer Death Defyer's for a spin and was surprised at the level of entertainment it provided.

    HighFlyer DeathDefyer dreams big and provides a toolbox for high-speed free-falling fun, but sadly its inconsistencies keep it from reaching for the stars.

    High Flyer Death Defyer had the makings of an excellent game, particularly with its nice graphic style, story and core gameplay. Unfortunately, these features don't mean much when the controls are this frustrating.

    High Flyer Death Defyer is one of the worst titles we've played and needs a huge update to correct its many flaws. Until that happens, avoid this one.
