If you're looking for enjoyable co-operative run-and-gun action, Meltdown has you covered.
Meltdown isn't perfect, but neither is it a pile of radioactive slag.
Meltdown does nothing new but in the right way. It's a simple and old fashioned third person shooter with a basic yet addictive progression system for the main character. If you just want to shoot at 360 degrees, rather with another player in coop, then Meltdown is a good choice.
A grindy single-player experience, Meltdown really comes to life if you play it with other people.
With a focus on grinding to gain new skills, Meltdown might offer gradual rewards but it's too samey to truly grip.
