What Dynamic Hunting captures is the back-and-forth rhythm of Monster Hunter fights, the swings between danger and all-out attack, the wounds and the frenzies.
  2. Jun 2, 2011
While this may not be the Monster Hunter fans may have expected, the cut-down gameplay makes it easier to enjoy if you're new to the series or just after a fun action title.
  3. Jun 10, 2011
It has great use of touch controls for an action game and should be a model for other games.
  4. Jun 2, 2011
We definitely enjoyed what Monster Hunter Dynamic Hunting had to offer – we just wish there were more of it. A dozen monsters was just enough to whet our appetites. Now we're hungry for the main course, and the cook is nowhere to be found. Good mechanics and a simple crafting system have laid a great foundation for Monster Hunter on the iPhone.
  5. Jun 7, 2011
Does feel a tad expensive for what it offers.
  6. Jun 6, 2011
Even if you're new to the series, this is a nice, easy way to get the gist of Monster Hunter without going through the motions of the main games' early quests and other tutorials.
  7. Jun 8, 2011
This is Monster Hunter all right, but it's been boiled down to its most basic elements. With only a handful of monsters and no major incentives to replay, this adventure feels half-baked.
