I honestly had more fun with this game than Angry Birds. The element of passing the ammo between sheep made it feel like a more complex puzzle game than Angry Birds. And the game looks incredible on the new iPad's Retina display.
Saving Private Sheep 2 is a smart physics-puzzler in a familiar outfit.
Less a sequel and more a re-imagining of the original, Saving Private Sheep 2 uses a slingshot and coin-collecting mechanic rather than a block-elimination technique to thwart the kidnapping plans of the evil foxes.
Though it puts its own spin on the genre, Saving Private Sheep 2 doesn't really do much to stand out from others of its type. But what it does, it does well enough.
Another physics flinger based on a fun premise that will offer some amusement before you move onto the next 'flavor of the month' in this genre.
