It's unusual to see such hand-holding near the end of a game. Still, Spacelings kept my interest, right to the final levels, with it's tractor-beaming action.
While the level design was good, it never left us searching for a solution for long, making it a nice option for younger gamers who may struggle with complex designs and tricky solutions in other offerings.
A nice try, with some good ideas, but Spacelings has too many problems to make it a must buy.
But the lack of crispness in the controls undermines everything else here, and too often does the same to the player.
