  1. This dedication all shows through in the game’s many puzzles, which are both ingenious and challenging. Adventure game enthusiasts looking to test their gray matter have a lot of work with here. It is a bit unfortunate that the ending is not more satisfying, but taken as a whole the entire experience that is Darkfall: Lights Out is simply wonderful.
  2. A tightly integrated game, well thought out and brilliantly executed. An unbelievable effort for a single individual.

Dark Fall 1 is too clunky and difficult to be fun. It becomes a tedious click-hunt if you missed something in a room, and important puzzle pieces are buried in too many notes, diaries, and books. The minor satisfaction of solving a puzzle just isn't worth the amount of story reading that is required to solve it. Full Review »

Highly enjoyable, and spooky tale for adventure fans and those who like intelligent gaming. Past and future collide in the lonely, and beautifully realised, Fetch Rock Lighthouse. The ghosts were artistically realised, and the sound design exceptional. Full Review »
