  1. To really enjoy Luclin, you need at least 512 megs of RAM, and if your computer is slower than 1.5 Ghz, you will need to turn off the models in a raid situation. [Feb 2002, p.99]
  2. The new features and additions give this game more replayability than the combination of all the single player games collecting dust on my shelf.
  3. Climb aboard if your system has the juice. [Mar 2002, p.58]

This game is very exciting fun but is a very times taking game...as it says on the back of the Kunark version buy this for a family member or a friend if you never want to see them again...they will always be at the computer waiting for more time to play this amazing game. Expand

Okay, the developers at Verant finally had time to try to correct the horribly bad engine for Everquest and also add a bit of depth to the game.. there was no real change if you negate those that they made to the "devoted players" which spend the more than 100 days it takes to get into the "uber" levels. The verdict? Shadows of Luclin, along with Everquest, is far from "phat lewt" and may God have mercy on the soul of anyone who supports it. Expand
