    This years edition focuses on streamlining team setups and tactics, as well as improving the importance of your staff. It manages to do that perfectly, and the result is another amazing game.

    Despite the changes to the UI introduced by the past year episode, Football Manager 2011 remains one of the most complex game on the market, with an infinite number of different possibilities, options and hundreds of hours of gameplay. A must buy for any football fan.

    Football Manager 2011 is the best management game out there. It's not only great due to its Excel-esque gameplay, but also due to the possibilities to communicate with almost everyone. It finally feels like you really are a football manager.

    Football Manager 2011 isn't likely to draw in any new players, but it's also not going to lose any either. There are other new features, but essentially it's still that footie RPG with the addictiveness only FM and free-base cocaine can offer.

    Definitely the best version of the game so far and it is head and shoulders above any other football management game. The match engine has dramatically improved both graphically and in actual game play however there are still some problems that need to be eliminated. The scouting system still seems to work on players overall reputation and ability rather than the players you need to fit into your team and the training system still does not seem to have the impact it should on players. The worst aspect of the game is the media area and in particular press conferences, with too much repeatability of questions without it seeming to make any difference to the game.… Full Review »

    Improved compared to previous Football Managers. The game is really great and enjoyable. Highly addicting. I spend many hours playing this game and I'm still not bored of it. Pretty realistic, although the game may crash sometimes and there are few bugs, though I believe they will be sooner or later most fixed in patches. Many tactical options to choose from, many teams to play as. It's so different to play as a team from lower division from a poor country, than playing as a top premier league team, yet it's never boring, it's always fun. Summary.

    Pros:
    -Realistic.
    -Just what you need if you're a football fan.

    Cons:
    -If you never played it, maybe difficult for you at first.
    -Highly addictive!
