  1. Keepsake isn't simply forgettable—it's just plain bad, trampling on sacred narrative ground with insipid characters, putrid voice acting, and brain-dead storytelling.
  2. Do yourself a favor and forget this Keepsake. [Sept. 2006, p.76]

I give it a 3 because the puzzles weren't bad and the graphics and sound were passable. This game fails in every other way. The story, I give it a 3 because the puzzles weren't bad and the graphics and sound were passable. This game fails in every other way. The story, voice acting, pacing, gameplay, characterization and the presence of bugs are all disappointing. Comparisons to The Longest Journey can't be serious. (I haven't tried Syberia.) I might recommend this game to a 9 year old or a senior citizen who is unfamiliar with computers, but even then I'd have my doubts. Full Review »

In this day and age when games are so violent, this one is beautiful, has a good meaning, and is magical. I put this game up there with "The Longest Journey" and "Syberia"....truly beautiful, and fun to play, and the characters are fun and lively, the story enthralling. The artwork is so intricately detailed, and the fun is finding things and solving the puzzles. I loved traversing across the different levels of the "castle".....Truly an awesome game. Full Review »
