Being used to 2D megaman games, this one just blew me away when it came out. The story was awesome and the characters adorable. Still remembered up to this day as one of my best PS1 experiences.
To this very day, I still haven't given up bringing Megaman back from the moon.

This game gives you control over mega-man, accompanied the Roll, Gramps, and data, after crash landing on an unknown island. You complete many dungeons that are well mapped out and brimming with items to find, aswell as roaming different parts of the city to play minigames, and spending money on upgrading and rebuilding the city. interact with characters, and win quite useful prizes.
You would be lucky to find a working version of the game for cheap as it is rare and quite pricey nowadays.

I remember not really liking this game when it came out, but even trying it again as an adult...yikes. Compared to games that came out around the time, the controls are bad and unintuitive, the voice acting is laughable, the environment and graphics look like they came out of the N64 alpha stages, and while I understand the desire to break away from traditional Megaman elements, there could have at least been an attempt to bring SOME familiarity to the game. But the main character could have been replaced by anyone or anything, and you never ever would have known. No disrespect to anyone that's a huge fan of this game, but I firmly believe that this is one of those games severely affected by nostalgia goggles. Expand
