    Somewhat tellingly, there isn't much more to say about NHL 08 – it's a very good game, but the genre's moved on and once again PC gamers haven't been given the chance to see how.

    I don't know what all of these boobs are talking about.. this game is much better than 07. The player animations are so much crisper and all gameplay is devistating. 10 from me!… Expand

    A decent NHL game but has many problems such as no commentary, repetitive gameplay, and not enough game modes. It's great how they put in all these extra European leagues and the AHL, and the dynasty mode is alright, but it is a dissapointment when compared to great NHL games such as NHL2001. I'd go with NHL2K8 rather than this one, shame that NHL2K8 was not ported to PC.… Expand

    So disappointing... Graphics/Sound/Interface not updated from 07. The controls actually seem worse. I feel like I have been stolen from.
