  1. Bottom line is this: If you’ve never played Peggle before, add 15 points to that score and buy this immediately. If you’re like me and have already played it to death, be warned that there’s nothing new to see here and you may just want to move right along to something different.
  2. Changes to the formula are so light that one can’t help but wonder what prevented PopCap Games from making a patch for the original game. The answer to this question is on the price tag.

They've made it feel like a franchise they'll dutifully milk, rather than a game they'll love to keep making. [Dec 2008, p.76]
  4. Peggle Nights is still a great casual game. It's just a game that PopCap has released before. It's like draughts and checkers. You don't need to buy the board and pieces twice to play the same bloody game.

Whilst this is definitely a fun game, it is certainly not justified if you own the original. This is simply a very cheap trick by the developers to get twice the cash for what is essentially one purchase.

A great game that has great characters and great graphics. Also a game that is highly recommended for those who like casual games.

Peggle is very fun casual game, but I think more new characters would have been fun. The graphics are slightly improved compared to the first Peggle is very fun casual game, but I think more new characters would have been fun. The graphics are slightly improved compared to the first Peggle game. Still a very fun game. Full Review »
