  1. No matter how you look at it, "SimCity 3000 Unlimited" is a city full of fun.
  2. Maxis packs in just enough to make this a must-have for fans and newcomers alike.
  3. Like "SimCity 2000" and "SimCity 3000," this version can be extremely challenging and requires more micromanaging than even New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani would want.

First i felt overwhelmed by the lot of new features this game delivered. It took me a complete "learning" game session and one not too well designed city to understand all new aspects of this game. At the same time it became obvious that one of the main aspects of the game -money- completely fails its role. Once your city fulfills a few minimum requirements you will always automatically get certain contract business buildings. From that point on you will have enough money to easily expand your city to for example 200k citizens and you will just get more and more with every new zone you place on the map soon having too much money to spent. Feels close to cheating and somehow pointless and boring. Expand
