If you've never played the game but want to find out what it was like, get this version. If you've played the original and want to be taken back to 9.9.99 without having to dig out your Dreamcast, then this is $10 well spent.
This is a great game for the fanatics who like having all their Sonic games on a next generation console. However, if you're a casual fan looking for a masterpiece, all you'll find is a relic that was once considered greatness. It honestly pains me to say that.
Sonic Adventure may have been a 3D revolution for Sega's storied franchise when it debuted in 1999, but in these HD-ified days, it just feel dated. [Nov 2010, p.69]
The brilliance of Sonic Adventure can only be found within Sonic's Action Stages. The game hardly lives up to the lofty praise it received back in the day, but for what it's worth, Sonic Adventure will provide you with the most entertaining 3D Sonic experience to date.
Sonic is oretty fun on XBSX. Sonics campain was great. Tails and Knuckles were akso very good. Gamma was just alright. Amy is ok i guess. Big the cats levels **** i git stock on the first level for one and a half hours after learnig that i should move the left stick on my controler whenn froggy about to bite i vreezed thoug the hole thing in just about 20 minutes. Sonic adventure is still worth for those who want an old school platformer or are sonic fans that want to try out the first truly 3D sonic
This game is dreadfui glitchfest without anything good or interesting, it is your typical bad Sonic game.
The unique good thing with it being the soundtrack.
This game does not age well to say the least. The controls and camera are twitchy, the only characters worth playing are Sonic's, Knuckles's, and Gamma's. The is what you'll expect from a common Sonic game, and that its needless. If you are a veteran sonic fan, then you will still find enjoyment in this game. But with that said though, it's repetitive, it's outdated, it's not worth playing.
