A truly beautiful puzzle game that soothes the mind and engages your imagination as well as your intellect. Perhaps not for the most dedicated puzzle enthusiasts but surely something that will leave most gamers smiling afterwards.

Although short in duration, and actually not very difficult, The Tiny Band Story is a great game in a genre with few titles nowadays.

The Tiny Bang Story has a ton of puzzles and a great atmosphere. You can't deny that a lot of love has been put into this game. One of our few major gripes however is that you will notice there's a lack of variety, as you progress through this pretty short game. If you can look past this matter, you will find an absolutely charming point and click game that you may fall in love with.

For the jaded gamer with a few hours to spare it's like a zen garden for the soul. [Oct 2011, p.104]
  5. Dec 5, 2011
The Tiny Bang Story is a perfect lunch break companion, but it doesn't offer enough for a long lasting appeal.

The Tiny Bang Story is something between a traditional point'n'click and a 'hidden object' type of game. It's biggest flaw is its length. It can be completed in 2 hours and although every puzzle enthusiast will find this time enjoyable, you have to decide whether such a short adventure is worth your buck. [July 2011, p.81]
  7. May 16, 2011
Perhaps devoted casual game fans will have some tolerance for this type of hollow experience, but ultimately The Tiny Bang Story's pieces just don't add up to a fulfilling adventure in the end.

Beautiful graphics style and amazing music. A great mix of point-and-click and puzzles. Really charming and funny. Only complaint is that it is a little short for its price. Expand

This is a very casual and relaxing puzzle game for all ages. The whimsical artwork and airy soundtrack made it an pleasant escape. The puzzles are challenging enough to be fun, but not impossible. I could see how the die hard puzzle fanatics would fine this too simple, but for just the casual enthusiast, it offers plenty of enjoyment. Expand

Just click everything seems to be the solution to this game... Okay maybe not, however it’s a really well presented game with very well thought out aesthetic environments. Point and click as a genre, is very hit and miss for me. I will either love the game or despise it; there is very little middle ground… I personally loved this game because it felt a lot like a HOG with occasional mini puzzles so it felt fresh and interesting… The game is quite short, I appear to have completed this within 3 hours, however I must say if it had gone on for too much longer I possibly could have lost interest due to repetitiveness or some stinker mini-puzzles. It is beautiful and enjoyable to play. The puzzles are interesting, and some are pretty challenging, but not annoying. But the gaming experience is not very consistent some designs are not very friendly, and could be improved. The biggest flaw is the length. I think most people can finish it in 5 hours. With the inconsistent experience and very short play through, the price of $10 is pretty-overpriced. Fortunately, steam frequently offers very greatly deals of indie games, and you can get it at less than $3, which I think is very worthy. Expand

This game doesn't really test your intelligence or whatever. It's all about being spotty with collecting hundreds of objects that move the game further, which gets a bit tiresome after a while. Eye-candy graphics, yes, this is a plus, but not enough in my opinion. Expand

This game is a Where's Waldo game for random objects. Find all the light bulbs, find all the gears, etc.

The Tiny Bang Story has some nice
art, but it is uninspired as a puzzle game, and it punishes the player before providing hints. Buy this game for a dollar when it appears in the Steam discount bin. Expand
