Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Rogue Spear: Black Thorn Image
  • Summary: Someone is recreating terrorism's most violent acts, and RAINBOW is back on the job. But this new, deadly enemy knows how RAINBOW thinks, how RAINBOW acts, and how to stay one step ahead. [Red Storm Entertainment]
Score distribution:
  1. Positive: 1 out of 9
  2. Negative: 1 out of 9
  1. Makes a nice package, and is a good ride for fans of the series. It's probably a little rough on newbies though.
  2. Despite a diverse range of well-designed environments, there’s a dizzying sameness to the missions. [Jan 2002, p.73]
  3. When taken in isolation, Black Thorn is a competent, if somewhat uninspiring, add-on. When taken in context, it's overpriced, old-fashioned, and has been released with exquisitely bad timing.

It's fine for what it is, but not nearly as good as Rogue Spear but it adds on some new guns and stuff but that's it.

This game is fun but gets old very fast. The only good thing is the the multiplayer at ubi.

It falls short of expectations. Its set up is out dated and needs variation in order to keep up with the competition and counter partners.
