This is a museum of old arcade games with some nice menus and extras. The games play well and you get a lot of them. This package is mostly for fans of brawlers and action games. The ones that are in here are old, maybe not well known anymore, but VERY fun. This is a must own game. If you have a friend, clearing this games will be a good time.

For anyone feeling a bit nostalgic or trying to track down some of the old classics this is certainly a worthy purchase. For one it has Strider, one of the great 16 bit games of that era. The 3 Wonders game is also quite fun and is actually 3 games in one( the first 2 of which are quite fun). 1941, Varth, and Eco Fighters are all very solid shooters as well.

  1. Also, these types of games are generally better suited for the PSP to begin with. Don't get the wrong idea; it's still a very good collection of games. [Nov. 2006, p.118]
  2. This collection offers up a wide range of brawlers and shooters from days long gone, but sadly, not many of these are all that memorable.
  3. CCC Vol. 2 is only 20 bucks, which comes to $1 a game. Considering all of the classic arcade gameplay on this disc, it's an excellent value. We're not sure Capcom has enough material for yet another arcade collection, but if this is the last, then they'll have gone out on a high note.
