    Pros
    +Similar battle system to Disgaea
+The use of dark portals to do summons and to increase points is unique and could bring potential challenges to players for those that want a challenge
+Event tiles and initiating certain conversations will prompt additional story lines and alternative endings with better rewards
+Great OST and fantastic voice acting

    Cons
    -No New Game+
-Variety of monsters is less than other games in the same universe (i.e. Disgaea)
-You lose some of the characters that you could use near the end of the game which would have been vital especially if you do end game grinding.

One of my favorite SRPGS ever! I love how the idea is a serious toppic, but with a goofy approach, it may not be for everyone, but I certainly loved it!

Oh! I luph this game! Interesting story and nice gameplay (even, the dark world section was too hard for me). They put excellent anime graphics incluiding voice actors!!! Luph it! And you must have it!!!

  1. It combines the storytelling techniques and character designs of a quality anime with a deceptively simple combat system and a plot that can be quite captivating at times.
  2. While it’s unlikely that the inferior graphics and sound would turn away any serious strategy RPG fans, boring gameplay mechanics and glitchy implementation should do the job.

While there isn't the sense of playing something that opens up a new era for a genre long written off as dying, there is a simple freshness and a delightful accessibility which might endear it to an even wider market. [July 2004, p.106]
