  • Summary: NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja 3 makes leaps in the franchise with a host of “firsts” for the series. Players can now live through and be a part of all the major events that defined Story Arc 1 in Heroes History mode. Also, ninja-in-training can customize their characters with the Ultimate Jutsu whi which gives them that extra bit of edge during battle and allows them to earn points towards upgrading their strength, defense, chakra, agility and other special abilities. Turn playable characters into more powerful ninja of unprecedented size or summon giant creatures as allies with the new Summoning mode. In addition, NARUTO fans throughout North America can experience the game in both English and original Japanese voice over. In keeping with the tradition of the series, an exclusive and original story has players exploring the massive 3D rendered Hidden Leaf Village, participating in battle royale matches and completing more than 55 missions. The experience doesn’t stop there as tons of unlockable content are available to offer loads of replay value including movies, music and cards. [Namco Bandai Games] Expand

  1. Ultimate Ninja 3 is undoubtedly the best in the series. There are many ways to play this title, and it is the most complete of all the other Ultimate Ninja games.
  2. The fighting system may still need a few more lessons in the dojo, but when it comes to flashy visuals, an expansive single-player element, and a robust cast of combatants, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 is no doubt the ultimate choice in giving fans of the series what they want.
  3. Interestingly enough, the game adds new and downright entertaining game modes making this one of the most complete Naruto games on the PS2.
  4. I'm not going to say that Ultimate Ninja 3 has the best gameplay of any of the Naruto games. But what I will say is that Ultimate Ninja 3 is the best all around Naruto game to date.

  2. This game was terrible. Clearly not intended for those with HDTVs either. I'm glad I only bought it pre-owned at Gamestop because even at $30 I felt it was too much. Maybe it's not too late to trade it in. Expand
