  1. Easily the cleverest game to emerge in some time and making your way through it's intricate innards is one of the most rewarding experiences the PS2 can currently offer. A slice of gaming heaven.
  2. 80
Looks like a shooter, but at its heart it’s a mind-busting puzzle game that transcends its own graphical limitations and delivers an intelligent gamer’s paradise.
  3. It’s somewhat remarkable then that Project Eden not only offers an update to the genre, but also takes it to the next level with tons of challenging environmental puzzles, amazing graphics, and not one, but four lead characters.
  4. Soft of resembles a four-person "Ico" – only not as pretty and much harder to get the hang of. [Jan 2002, p.132]
  5. A disappointment...A neat idea having a city where the socio-economics are broken down so structurally. With nasty goings on occurring in the recesses of the city, I honestly wanted to love this game.
  6. Proves to be yet another fine example shabby port of a decent PC title, that just falls apart when brought on to a console.
  7. A leaden interface almost completely nullifies any enjoyment one might derive from this otherwise unique blend of action, adventure and puzzle elements.
