    Easily the cleverest game to emerge in some time and making your way through it's intricate innards is one of the most rewarding experiences the PS2 can currently offer. A slice of gaming heaven.

    A disappointment...A neat idea having a city where the socio-economics are broken down so structurally. With nasty goings on occurring in the recesses of the city, I honestly wanted to love this game.

    It's a massively built game but it seems more time was spent on creating the city than creating a driving story.

    This is one of the best games I have played. I will admit, I didn't understand this game one bit when I bought it and it ended up sitting on my shelf for almost a year collecting dust. Last year (04) I started to play the game and after lending my time to it, got to understand what the game was about. It is my favorite game now, though I still have not beat it. I'm on level 9 out of 11. This game did it for me and all I can say is once you've given this game some time, all you will want is time for the game. lol… Expand
