If I can only think of one weak part of the online game, it's that it's only built for 4 on 4. Other than that, this is a great game to have, and a must for any PS2 online gamer.
Those who are Ghost Recon fanatics will enjoy this, but those who want to take a look at the series might be better off picking up the original.
At the end of the day, Jungle Storm doesn't do much to stand out in a crowded genre. [Mar 2004, p.106]
Ghost Recon was fine tactical infantry sim - back in 2001. This new PS2 version is solid, but it pales when compared to modern juggernauts like "SOCOM II." [Mar 2004, p.83]
The two single-player campaigns are relatively short and not particularly challenging, even on the highest difficulty setting, and the AI can be frustrating at times.
The single player campaigns, while engaging, are somewhat lacking in cohesion.
Any half-decent Windows machine will give you a far better range of Ghost Recon goodness for less money. Over here on the PS2, this stand-alone expansion pack just isn't very filling.
