Description: The scenario, ''A Promise to the Heavens'', will be added to Empire Mode. Additionally, the ''Sun & Moon Blades'' will be selectable, and you will be able to use the new castles ''Suikoden Castle'' and ''Western Tavern'' within Empire Mode. The ''Sun & Moon Blades'' will be made available for purchase from the Armory within Empire Mode once you have raised your Weapon Development Level. You can select the additional castles, ''Suikoden Castle'' and ''Western Tavern'', from the Carpenter in town within Empire Mode.
