First I would like to mention that i have finished the main story and have logged close to 100 hours. Even with a few flaws The Phantom PainFirst I would like to mention that i have finished the main story and have logged close to 100 hours. Even with a few flaws The Phantom Pain is still an amazing game. Also probably one of the largest games in terms of scale and rivals GTA 5. I have been playing Metal Gear for the last 20 years and am blow away by how far it has come. I would strongly recommend playing Ground Zeroes before starting The Phantom Pain.

Also I find some of the negativity towards this game ridiculous. The number one complaint for Metal Gear Solid 4 was the cut scenes were too long. Well now it seems people are complaining they are too short. Another one is the open world feels empty!? Seriously what where you expecting to find in the middle of a desert in Afghanistan? Or they didn't like having to chopper in and out? Your in enemy territory for god sake.

It plays very nice on ps3. Not the best graphics, but awesome gameplay still there. But this game has another problem. Its unfinished. TheresIt plays very nice on ps3. Not the best graphics, but awesome gameplay still there. But this game has another problem. Its unfinished. Theres two chapter, but chapter 2 is short and reuses missions from chapter 1. I think konami said kojima "finish this already, we gonna bankrupt", and they seperated, so konami used chapter 1 to finish it. So, if you are long time fan, you will love chapter 1 so much. But Chapter 2? Wait for Death Stranding instead. Thank you kojima for all Mgs games before. Not fan of your stories, but great gameplay ideas and funny presentation everytime. Thank you. Expand
