    Wolf of the Battlefield succeeds. It's flashier, more detailed, more exciting and lets you play with friends while feeling a lot like Commando must have felt like way back before we knew any better.

    Perfectly executed old-school action game. If you want to get your money's worth out of this one, then start out on the 4-star difficulty. Dont play the easy difficulty, because you will beat it on your first try and ruin the fun. It is just how classic commando was, 3 lives then GAME OVER. No continue or any of that fairy stuff. Its game over, you start from the beginning. Like I said, play it on hard.… Expand

    Enjoyable online mult-player and good retro fun with onscreen action that gets manic sometime (especially with 3 player) - shame on the person who gave it 0 out of 10 (first vote), that's really an abuse of the voting system, there are plenty of things to elevate it above 0, even if it's not your cup of tea.

    8/10from me - best played with others but retro fun even in single player.    … Expand
