From an accessibility standpoint, however, HIVE: Altenum Wars does little to make the player feel welcome, and even less still to reward their perseverance in staying. It feels very much like an alpha gameplay demo for a game years down the pipeline.

Summary Hive is a futuristic multiplayer hero shooter with a frenetic 2.5D side-scrolling gameplay. Up to ten players can simultaneously fight in the Hexadiums, scenarios that are divided into six zones, each with its own gravity, different platforms, hideouts and open spaces.
