  1. The fighting system lifts elements from all the right games and the new PSP style level selection helps stave off some of the monotony that curtailed the fun of the PS2 version.
  2. It's neither as deep nor as satisfying as any of the games it bites the style from, but it doesn't do them such a disservice that the game is rendered painful either. It's just sort of... there, existing without doing much to give pause or reason to like it.
  3. Unusually, the PSP version of Ghost Rider actually has a little more to it than its PS2 counterpart. [Mar 2007, p.60]

This game is not what Ghost Rider fans are looking for in an action title. The combat is repetitive and clunky, the driving is horrid, and the plot is completely useless.

This game is amazing. I've been a fan of Ghost Rider for years, this game captures the capture perfectly.

Gameplay is brill, lots to do WHILE learning the vast amount of combos. For people loving devil may cry this can be a short replacement, but after learning all the moves it kinda gets boring. OH and guys you wont be riding the bicycle until later on in the game.. and where is Nicolas Cage? Otherwise.. BRILLIANT game. Expand

Damn, this game really isnt as bad as the "critics" say it is. It's actually pretty decent. What i like about it is that it takes place after the movie so theres no going over or playing something that you already saw or know in the movie (that is, if you saw the movie). The combat pretty much rips God of War and while obviously its not as robust as God of War, it is good. Not terrible, not great, but good. Graphics are decent, if not a little too dark, and the music is pretty good (mostly rock tunes which suits the game). My only complaints would be the lack in variety of enemies (there really isnt that much) and that the levels arent really levels, there more like arenas (move a little and fire walls ignite surrounding you and your enemies. Beat them move a little more and same thing happens) Lather, rinse, repeat. Overall, Ghost Rider is a decent time waster. Expand

Boring and repetitive. Hell cycle is uncontrollable.
